Content is great but there is a few things that can improve from an app’s perspective. 1. Sound should have mute option. 2. I wish the countdown can be ran as a background as well, since once I switch the app to a different app during the middle of break time, the app countdown stops (Countdown only happens when the app is the most top app that is running) 3. I wish there is skip option and redo option between the sessions. 4. It would be even better if this can be synced with Google fit.

Gotta say how much fun I am having with this workout! I did have to buy a slam\medicine ball to use, but is absolutely worth it. I do the workout while my toddler naps and is perfect because it only takes 18 minutes and works every part of your body. I am still on beginner but am happy to see they have 3 levels to move up to. Have only been doing it for a week but can see and feel a big difference in my body and energy levels already!

Good, compact total body workout. Cardio is fantastic. Maintenance and advanced levels are nice and challenging. Nice to have on the phone to change up you gym routine, as well. Easy to use anywhere with just a medicine ball. Efficient.

Unless, and maybe even so, you are a fitness buff this workout is short but brutal. it is amazing how challenging the beginner level is to me! I know that I will be able to feel the progress as I am able to advance.

Love this app. I’ve been foing this workout since December of 2019. 18 minutes is perfect for a busy schedule. I have changed up the routines using my various sized kettlebells. I started this workout after an ankle brake from an auto accident. It is good for strengthening and giving back range of motion.

I am coming up on 58 years old. I used to be in descent shape very active. Following an accident I had a back injury that gives me fits from time to time. I have been able to start the beginner part of the 18 minute workout without aggravating my shoulders or low back. Will continue the program and master the beginner section… lol. Hopeful to progress to the next level. Baby steps!

As a beginner on app, at 58, it went very well. Although I didn’t have the bouncing ball, I grabbed a large bag of stuffed animals in a hurry to keep up and threw them up in the air and caught them. It has been 3 years that i stopped working out and this seems easy but it burned. Nice Just went back to this app again after years. maybe I just did not give it the 30 days and I still had it on my phone. 18 minutes is enough to get my heart beat going and to feel the burn.
