The app is crashing again and again after the new update. I am completely unable to open the now. I restarted the phone and everything, but the app doesn’t open. It keeps crashing! How am i supposed to go out now? Even hospitals require alhosn.
App isn’t opening since last one month but no solution ..i tried to call service centre..but the app not opening..it’s showing you have to login with uae pass..but when i am login by UAE pass it’s return back to front page….i am facing this problem since 1 month.. but no solution no service centre…no problem fix…….

I updated yesterday and since then the app keep on crashing. I can’t even open the app anymore. What’s the use for green pass then if this is the case?!
Many people are facing same issue, While login with UAE pass it shows error- “unable to load passes” or the app just dont get opened, once authenticated with UAE pass, app cant be login with EID or UID… I don’t know what technical team is doing to fix this. If can’t solve the problem please let us know any alternative to show green pass.
I have got a work phone and a personal phone and there is no option to install this app one 2 mobiles. Neither do they have an option to create multiple profiles or associate 2 mobile numbers. I have to always carry my work phone as a result. Also it doesn’t link with UAE pass for easier sign in instead of an OTP to the mobile number. If you can’t link it with UAE pass then have an option for code issuer logic for 2 factor authentication.
When i try to register in this app,it shows some other unknown number is linked with my passport id,and it also not shows any way to change it.
The app is not opening anymore. It getting crushed. If this is how the app is. Without the green pass on the app, we won’t be able to entry in malls.
Worst app i ever used. Its cant uploading the pcr results all the day, meanwile the suppors says that they have data in the system. And all this in app that you should install to get the Emirates id. Shame to developers.
Doesn’t work on S22 ultra I got a UAE phone from Etilasat, Galaxy Samsung S22 ultra and the app is constantly crashing. Can not be used, huge mess to access malls and supermarkets
