Used to absolutely LOVE this game, played it an hour everyday with my friend on the bus, it even used to have lan connection. Now it has become way different and honestly worse, the new damage system changed the game entirely and is now pay to win. I also have no idea what anything I’m looking at is in the menu, it feels like Times square, completely commercialized to, probably won’t be playing again
I used to play this game all the time, before there was a health bar and opponents would be defeated if their head hit anything. I think the health bar is an interesting development but the fact that you can reach the thousands by upgrading is just absurd and the fact your damage scales with it is just overpowered. Not to mention, if you upgrade enough the saws or rising water on some levels is just not worrying and you can outlive it.
I played this game about 3 years ago, and totally forgot about it. I then remembered it, and decided to reinstall it. And HOO-BOY there are a TON of changes. The first is the shop, the pro pass, and also the new play token system. The main idea of the old game was to battle bots and gain vehicles. There’s also the new ads thing. Over all, I feel like this “update” was more of a downgrade.
I played this game years ago, even though I’m not able to play it right now because of a bug i dont want to leave a bad review, because this is a great game. Also the bug preventing me from playing is the screen going completely black after loading online. I’ve tried reinstalling, clearing my save data, and restarting my phone but none of it has worked. Please fix and I’ll update to 5 stars
It’s a fun game, used to play it years ago and got it again recently. It’s alright, but I have a few issues. For one, if you don’t pay for premium, you get ads which makes sense, but sometimes one can pop up before a game leading to you starting 5s after your opponent. Another is how damage is distributed, where falling on your head can take all your health away, or if you just upgrade a car to the limit it seems untouchable with the amount of health you get. Seems unbalanced and pay-to-win.
I used to play this game before and it was really fun and I recently started playing the game again. A lot of cool features have been added to a ton of the cars but those features made the missions way harder and almost impossible. For example, on the Halloween mission, the headless horseman challenge used to be possible but now that the horse launches your car far, it makes the challenge basically impossible and can make a ton of people angry and quit the game. I want the missions possible.
This game is very fun and is almost perfect. I say almost because their a lot of details that could be improved such as when your playing the mode battle if you are playing against a car that has a lot higher level than you if you get hit by it once all your health is gone which make sense but then regular objects like beach balls, coconuts, and ect. Also take all of your health because your playing against a car with a lot higher level. This would be amazing if this detail was to be fixed.
It can be really fun a lot of the time but Also the matchmaking in battle mode can be really unfair and put me against a person with over 1000 trophies with level nine cars and be able to one shot me while I have level 2 and 3 cars have 700+ trophies and can only do about 150 to 200 damage per hit. But all of the other modes can be very fun like the multiverse event. And they have hundreds of vehicles to get. And tons maps.
Played this game years ago. When I got back to playing my progress was reset (thankfully I have all my cars back). in battle mode they give me unfair match ups against players that have way more hp to than me. So yeah, it’s a pay-to-win situation. And would like to add that the fact that everything is way too overpriced and this game gives me ads whenever I’m already in the game. Also removing the feature to buying boxes in the menu was dumb. Like others say: R.I.P drive ahead.
Its a good game, overall mechanics and such, but in one of the recent events, one of the bosses seems unkillable. It has 10 hearts, and is gigantic. Every time you damage it, it spawns 2 enemies which gives the head a shield, and there is a platform which glithes my car out and does constant damage.
