The APP looks good and pretty useful to say the least. But when tried to raise a complaint/suggestion on health and sanity, I can’t see the text of the suggestion apart from the ticket ID. At the receiving end as per the ANM, they have only option to either “send for COVID test” or “take action” but not to forward to the concerned authority. It would be great if we can have that in place.
It’s a great initiative to get the covid status through app. But it has many glitches, test results are not showing all the times. OTP is getting generated only when we are selecting mobile number option but not getting generated when we are trying through aadhar number or sample number. This fix will make it more effective. I will update my rating once above issue fixed.
Unable to view sample status. Shows json exception error messages. After entering adhar number after clicking on send OTP button it stucks and it never send OTP . Sometimes after getting OTP the app doesn’t show option to enter recieved OTP. Then how can we know the result? This should be fixed first. Also tar telemedicine number is not working. When dialed to that number it shows line busy and disconnected.
Initially! The data regarding hospitals & test centers were accurate. Now, the data isn’t being updated. It was the same old data. Hospitals & Test Centers are been updated. Also, it is better to provide the feature which gives the number of cases district & Mandal-wise on real-time basis. It helps everyone.
The interface is really good and user friendly. One suggestion from my experience was whenever we submit a request, I noticed there is no confirm option saying yes or no for submission. May be you guys can look at it. that would help a lot..
Need to work on all the pages of the app, not a single page is working properly has a lot of bugs and iostream exceptions along with socket exceptions. text boxes are not showing districts and all other pages are showing toast message as error or iostream error message for particular java objects. I suggest team to rebuild completely and publish an update ASAP.
I have recently installed this app. I had a horrible experience with this app. When I open it there was an error message popping up and it said org.json.JSONException. Also when I try to get my sample status, I’m not even getting OTP at all. Even if I get OTP and I enter OTP there, it says trouble connecting to sql and it will not take me to next page.
While it presents a variety of data for the user, the UI is too bad. It takes a lot of time to navigate from one page to other. Everything loads so slow even to operate.
App showing error for everything what else the operation we performed eg: request a test and self assistance for everything it is showing java:servlets: error occurred and one more thing for every action whatever we perform the complete data is loading it will take time this thing will not be a good. If you use advance things then this thing will not happen. Please reslove these issue . UI part is good but Backend part is not good. Lot of improvements is required for this application.
Not even able to generate OTP for first login. After giving my mobile number and clicking generate OTP, it says [0000,null,null] and nothing happens. Please fix it Update : The issue is fixed now and I’m able to generate OTP and login. But when we look at Covid-19 testing centres and their locations, the navigation option has no link to Google maps/maps. Some hospitals have incorrect contact details. Please rectify these issues too, and I’ll update the rating to 5★
