Good and easy to use, even the two free interval programes are very useful. Now, I would buy a full version, if the app was integrated with a heart-rate monitor. I think it should be a default for any HIIT apps. Edit: thank you for your response – I didn’t know that! But in any case, even if HR is underestimating the intensity of HIIT as such, it would be a good baseline/measuring stick/safety measure. As it stands, I need to use separate heart rate monitor.
