Very useful, user friendly and elegantly designed. Well worth the small fee to remove ads. One important thing needed; an overview of how to best deal with the items in each category. Not everyone will have read the book “First Things First” which describes exactly how the system is best used once filled in. Keep up the good work. No updates or improvements in several years. Raise the ad-remove fee a little and keep developing it. And provide option to remove large smiley face in empty boxes.

Seems to work well so far. Only issue is you can’t reorder your tasks by dragging them. You can order them by date added, due date, etc though. Widget works – can add any of the four categories and adjust transparency. Small ad banner at the top can be removed by paying $2. A few different shades are available for dark themes which is unique and nice. Text size can be adjusted.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion of closing and re-opening the app after purchase. It was the same after the first two tries but the third time it worked and no ads are visible anymore. Probably it was a question of time. App is great and it is exactly what I needed…simple, organized and with the possibility to move a task according to prioritization. Thanks!

Let’s say my life is a little turbulent at this time, and this app really helps me set my priorities and keeps me from drowning in a seemingly endless to do-list. A few tiny improvements I’d suggest would be a 24 hour format (can’t seem to find that anywhere?) and separate due dates for subtasks. Otherwise, thanks for the great app!

Love the app & resizable widgets… Would try couple of days more before further rating. would consider going for paid version just to support further development. Just a note… even with permissions, the widgets take too long to update.. showing tasks even when rescheduled/moved to other quad… resulting in error when clicking on widget

Only 4 stars b/c tapping an empty area maximizes a quadrant, but doing it a second time doesn’t restore it back, so I have to reach for the back button instead. I also find the order of the + buttons a bit hard to get used to, b/c they aren’t arranged in the same way as the quadrants, e.g. to add to the upper-Right quadrant (Important), you have to tap the upper-Left Add button, after tapping the +.

It feels very helpful managing what is most important to least important. I am reading “The 7 habits of Highly Effective People”. The stuff mentioned in the book is similar to stuff like this app. It’s really helpful if anyone likes to read. And the author is a pretty interesting guy. 🙂

Actually a great app, especially for ABCD-to do list system users. However I was taught (and used to teach my students) less urgent on the left and important on top, making the right top quadrant important and urgent, you can fondle with renaming and re-colouring but how about a lay-out option? Also can’t find where to change time to the normal 24h clock, only the North American am/pm system is used which is incredibly confusing, if I see 6 that’s always morning in the evening it should say 18.

Good app though would be great app when we can sort by priority or manually within a quadrant (curiously subtasks can be reordered). I really do like the category filters, they add a dimension to the Eisenhower matrix so that views can be filtered by context (I have work, productivity, chores, leisure, development). I had commented that you can’t move tasks between quadrants however the dev replied with a very helpful link (thanks). Google removed backup feature but export is possible.

……… the app appears to have 4 widgets ……… I am using Lightning Launcher ……… the app fails to create any of the 4 widgets ……… for my purposes I require a widget to put my notes on my home screen ……… it looks like it has good features however ……… I didn’t use it much nor check many of its features because it won’t create any widgets so ……… it would be a waste of time to put a lot of information in it if it can’t create the widgets ………
